Since 1998, the Steel Dragons have competed annually in the FIRST Robotics Competition, the largest high school robotics competition in the world. We strive to offer the best experience in the science and technology fields through a hands-on mentor-based learning environment. Over the past few years, the team has increased heavily in popularity, allowing us to reach more students than ever. This year, for the first time in over a  decade, our team advanced to the playoffs as an “alliance captain” in the FIRST Robotics Competition and finished only one match away from advancing to the world championships.
